Green Chile Enchilada

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bottle of Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 unseasoned rotisserie chicken (measure out 24 oz)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (separate in half)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbs butter
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Shred an entire rotisserie chicken
  3. In a pan melt butter and garlic
  4. Mix in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper
  5. Add entire bottle of enchilada sauce. lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Take off heat add mix in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  7. Put entire mixture in 9 x 9 pan
  8. Top mixture with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
  9. Put in oven for 20 minutes
