Ingredients
- 1 16 oz bottle of Green Enchilada Sauce
- 1 unseasoned rotisserie chicken (measure out 24 oz)
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (separate in half)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbs butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Shred an entire rotisserie chicken
- In a pan melt butter and garlic
- Mix in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper
- Add entire bottle of enchilada sauce. lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes
- Take off heat add mix in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Put entire mixture in 9 x 9 pan
- Top mixture with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
- Put in oven for 20 minutes
