Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of Pumpkin
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in mixer for about 1 minute or until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Place mixture in pie pan.
  4. You can pour without crust or with a Keto crust (see crust recipe).
  5. Bake in oven for 35 to 45 minutes depending on oven.

*If you want to lower in calories you can do 1/2 cup of heavy cream and it won’t affect the taste
